Sound familiar?

Sales are growing, but profit isn't. Somewhere between raw material and the customer's doorstep, margin is leaking, and no report tells you where.

What it does

01

Builds true product cost

Across materials, labour, overheads, freight and distribution.

02

Explains every change

Why unit cost moved, and which input drove it.

03

Finds your biggest cost levers

And ranks them by how much each saves.

04

Recommends specific actions

And tracks the savings once you act.

Your data, your control: available on-prem if you prefer it.

What it tells you

Illustrative

Your best-selling product is losing money

Product X shows a 22% margin on paper. Add its real distribution, returns and credit cost, and it's −3%.

Every unit you sell makes it worse. Reprice it, or change how it's delivered.

Illustrative

The cheapest vendor is your most expensive one

Vendor B is 8% cheaper per kg, but their rejection rate and late deliveries add 14% downstream.

Move 60% of volume to Vendor A. Saves ₹36L a year.

Illustrative

Half your cost increase came from one route

Unit cost rose 7% this year. It wasn't raw material: half-empty trucks on two routes drove 4 of those 7 points.

Consolidate shipments. Recovers ₹48L a year.

From your data to a decision.

Questions about Cost Intelligence

What is the true cost of a product?

The true cost of a product is more than materials and labour. It also includes its share of overheads, freight, distribution, returns, discounts and credit terms. Once these are counted, some products that look profitable on paper turn out to lose money.

What is cost-to-serve?

Cost-to-serve is the full cost of delivering a product to a particular customer or channel: freight, handling, order size, payment terms, returns and support. Two customers paying the same price can cost very different amounts to serve.

What is the difference between cost management software and Cost Intelligence?

Cost management software records and reports where money goes. Cost Intelligence goes a step further: it explains why each cost moved, ranks the biggest levers by how much they save, and recommends specific actions, then tracks the savings once you act.

How do you find where margin is leaking?

Build the true cost of each product, customer and route, then compare it with the price actually realised. Margin usually leaks through costs that no single report shows together, such as a cheap vendor with high rejections or half-empty deliveries. Cost Intelligence traces these links for you.
