What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, company, role, company size, email, phone number (optional) and your message. When you ask for early access to a product we collect your name, work email, company and your message, along with the product you asked about.

We use an analytics tool to count visits and see which pages are read. It records page views and basic device and browser details, and it uses cookies to do so. It starts only after you first scroll, tap or press a key.

We do not collect email addresses for the newsletter. The Subscribe button opens our newsletter on LinkedIn, where LinkedIn's own terms apply.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to follow up on early access and book discovery calls, and to improve the site. We do not sell your information.

Where it is stored and who processes it

Messages from the contact and early-access forms are delivered to our team's email inbox. The service providers that host this website, deliver those messages and measure visits process data on our behalf, only to run the site.

We do not share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep a message for as long as we need it to reply and to follow up on early access, and we delete it when you ask. Analytics data is kept for a limited period.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@arthexa.com and we will reply within one working day. You can also block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
